Hunan, abbreviated as Xiang, with Changsha as its capital, is located in south-central China and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The Xiang River runs through the province, known as a land of fish and rice. It is the birthplace of Huxiang culture. It boasts beautiful scenery of Hengshan Mountain and Zhangjiajie, and the famous Yueyang Tower. With convenient transportation and rich tourism resources, it is a dynamic province in central China.
